9th August 2006 Windsurfing: Ynyslas Wind Direction: NW Wind Stength: 22-15 knots Surf / Sea State: 1 foot messy surf Air Temperature: 17ºC Sea Temperature: 17ºC Weather: Cloudy Max Speed: Distance Covered: When I first got to the beach all looked perfect, 22 knots of wind, white caps everywhere and the sun was shining. As I rigged the sky clouded over by the time I was on the water the wind had droped. Came back in and rigged my 5.7m sail but the wind was still dropping and there wasn't enough. Tried a few more times but couldn't get going so packed up came back home.... Right on cue for the wind to pick up again. Grrr.... |
